Arthur Filip is a former global technology executive, and presently CEO and investor with more than three decades of experience operating at the intersection of business, technology, and institutions — including close exposure to how governments, regulators, and intelligence organizations influence economic and strategic outcomes.Over a 32-year career inside large global corporations — including senior executive roles at Publicis Sapient, HCL Technologies, Microsoft, HP, Oracle, Unisys, and IBM — Arthur developed a firsthand understanding of how leadership decisions, incentives, and at times, deliberate silence shape outcomes for companies, employees, and societies.
