Manage 10 technicians within a 1.5k sq. ft Control Environment Room on catheter production in response to our third round Limited Commercial Release and Pre-Market Approval in support of U.S. Commercial Release of the Radiance Program • Staffed production 350% allowing capacity throughput 10x from 300 units to units per month with the intention to grow the production team an additional 10x within the next four years across three shifts. • Review and set production demands and schedules between LCR, PMA, and Engineering Studies to ensure delivery dates are met while keeping yield above 95%. Track and trend Yield and Defects across all product variants and subassemblies. • Working closely with engineering and process controls to establish direction and strategies for product flow while implementing Lean mythologies to find and correct pinch points and increase cycle times. • Develop and established departmental budget of $1.2 Million dollars for FY22. • Establishes and monitors inventory goals (WIP, floor stock, and Kanban materials) adequate to meet schedule requirements while minimizing investment and obsolescence exposure.
