When it comes to building the best healthcare group possible, I’m proudly leading the way at Komplex. Not only am I dedicated to the care industry – having spent more than 20 years working in various roles – I also started off my career as a carer. This means I really understand the role of the carers we bring into the Komplex Group, I really grasp the importance of first-class training, and I have a firm vision of what first-class healthcare truly looks like. Day to day, I look after the Business Development team and am responsible for the continued growth of Komplex as we diversify our company portfolio, while remaining true to our core expertise of at-home healthcare. We’re ultimately focused on meeting the needs of everyone within the sector: making commissioning as simple as possible, helping case managers find brilliant placements, providing career opportunities and in-house training for all staff, and of course ensuring that our clients and their families receive the very best care.
