I\'m leading a group in functional genomics. Our main focus is the study of gene regulation mechanism using genome scale techniques. Our expertise ranges from experimental design, experiment conduction and data analysis.Specialties: Biology:Expertise in large dataset analysis and biological meaning extraction (transcriptomics, ChIP-seq ). Expertise in standard molecular biology techniques used in genomic studies, strong experience in cell culture techniques including stem cells. InformaticsExpertise in object oriented programation in Python. Expertise in relational database design and implementation (PostgreSQL).
