I am a multilingual professional in the field of HRIS/EPM/ERP, boasting over twenty years of experience in delivering cutting-edge enterprise solutions and addressing complex organizational and IT challenges. My extensive career encompasses 20+ years of managing large teams and includes financial and business management proficiency with Peoplesoft, Oracle, and SF (SAP) HCM and ERP systems. As a leader and program manager, I had the privilege of collaborating with global corporations, public sectors, hospitals, and universities in the USA, Canada, and Europe, overseeing HRIS transformation programs and managing budgets from 2 million USD to 25 million USD.My skills extend to devising strategic directions and defining business requirements for multi-million-dollar global projects, with a strong emphasis on workforce transformation, optimization of HR and Finance processes, establishing shared services models for worldwide clients, and the full spectrum of IT systems and SI vendor procurement. Additionally, I have played a pivotal role in pre-sales and sales efforts, catering to new and existing customers in the realm of HR and HRIS transformation initiatives.I work closely with client executive leadership and the CXO team of the client on multiple activities ranging from writing business cases for budget approvals, consolidation of workforce as part of M&A, Consulting clients on HR transformation, Job architecture, and Competency definition to set up of the shared service organization. I also have hands-on experience with leading cloud solutions across core HR, talent management, time and labor, absence management, payroll with SAAS software implementation (Oracle Cloud, Peoplesoft, Workday and SuccessFactors).
