ABOUT ARMAN HANLEY

With over 7 years of experience in the Solutions Engineering space, I’ve partnered with more than 500 Enterprise and Mid-Market organisations to help them streamline workflows, simplify technology adoption, and see genuine business impact.I currently work at Nitro Software, where I design, demo, and deliver scalable document and eSigning solutions for customers across EMEA. I’ve been fortunate enough to receive the Top Solutions Engineer of the Year award three times in my career - once at Nitro (2024) and twice during my time at Qualtrics (2021 & 2022).I’m passionate about problem-solving, experimentation, AI and new tech - if a new feature is released, I want to get my hands on it and figure out five different ways our customers could use it by dinner. I love working both independently on complex projects (like an internal API Demo App I built that’s now used company-wide at Nitro) and collaboratively across sales, product, and customer success teams to bring ideas to life.Outside of the SaaS world, you’ll usually find me buried in a different kind of project - buying and renovating old Irish homes, turning them into beautiful, modern, energy-efficient properties. It’s a genuine passion of mine that perfectly blends creativity, problem-solving, and long-term value, not too different from my day job really.I’m driven by curiosity, improvement, and impact and I’m always up for a chat about innovative tech or real estate transformations!
