I have been working in Telecommunication industry for more than five years. After different internships and job experiences during university I started working as a procurement specialist for Albtelecom in charge for IT equipment, software and license purchases.I joined Albtelecom SAP team as part of the group responsible for implementing SAP FICA project. Through time my duties have been from migration data checks, user test acceptance, user support, to process modeling and system configuration. This gave me the possibility to specialize in all the processes related to FICA. After the project was finished I was assigned as responsible person for FICA.As Albtelecom latter on applied all the SAP “Order To Cash” solution, I was assigned as technical co-manager for CI-FICA till the project was finished and from that time on I am assigned as person in charge for CI-FICA responsible for first level support, configurations and change request implementation.
