Manage and analyze large volumes of operational data using SAP (GG ERP) to ensure accurate passenger forecasting, stock control, and purchasing decisions- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize key metrics like meal forecasts, wastage trends, and flight substitutions, providing actionable insights to operational teams- Monitor and manage flights from -48 hours to departure, ensuring seamless operations and data updates for over 100 international flights daily- Update customer portals with relevant flight and passenger data, ensuring accurate reporting for operational needs- Prepare detailed reports and visual dashboards using Power BI and Excel to facilitate data sharing and improve decision-making between Operations, Procurement, and Finance departments- Ensure the accuracy of all data inputs, including passenger figures and special meal information, and update GG ERP accordingly for real-time operational management- Perform post-flight data validation (D+1), ensuring accurate closure of financial and operational records for audit readiness- Support real-time label and report generation, ensuring timely, accurate meal and passenger information for global airline clients- Liaise with external stakeholders, including Station/OPS Managers, to ensure smooth communication and prompt response to non-scheduled changes- Participate in departmental, operational, and customer meetings to ensure alignment and continuous process improvements
