Arindam has spent twenty summers in the IT Industry where he has played gamut of roles across Pre-Sales & Business Development, Consulting, Business Analysis, Architectural Support and Project & Program Management. In his present role of Cloud Application Solutions Manager he has been instrumental in creating and delivering Complex Digital Transformation solutions for the client proposal leveraging cloud services from various hyperscalers, IBM assets, offerings, processes, methods and tools by leading multinational, multidisciplinary teams of subject-matter experts; which has led to multi-million dollar wins across geographies and industries. Prior to this he has worked as an Industry Consultant where he has taken up different kinds of strategic consulting assignments for various transformation initiatives of US-based Healthcare payers; and recommended roadmap and strategies to undergo the transformation. Alongwith this, as part of Delivery Project Management activities he has managed multi-location teams for Waterfall as well projects executed in Agile Methodology. He has also engaged customers in a multi-vendor environment and provided testing automation solutions resulting in account growth for the organization while working in client location. Arindam has a career record of leading challenging assignments towards the successful delivery by inspiring individuals and building coherent teams. He has strong inclinations for Business Development and Consulting engagements working closely with clients. He is also a certified trainer for different Consulting capability training programs for junior to mid-level professionals within IBM.
