ABOUT ARINA KONDRATEVA

Hi, I’m Arina. I’m a passionate generalist working at the intersection of content, community, design, and brand storytelling. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can combine creativity with strategy and contribute to meaningful, human-centered projects. My background spans content production, marketing, community engagement, and creative project management. Most recently, at Fotografiska Berlin—a contemporary museum of photography, art, and culture—I honed my skills in content creation, video editing, and copywriting, working closely with an inspiring team of mentors. The fast-paced environment allowed me to show initiative, take on new challenges, and deepen my understanding of building a consistent and meaningful brand presence. Before that, I spent two years at NeuralJam, an EdTech startup focused on community-driven learning. While I started as a Content and Social Media Manager, the startup environment enabled me to contribute across product development, marketing, growth strategy, content production, and investor communications. I love exploring how different fields overlap—and how thoughtful design and storytelling can drive positive change. I deeply value collaboration, initiative, and lifelong learning. Through my Worldmaking book club (currently on pause), where we connect Intersectionality and Design, I’ve developed a strong belief that inclusive, equitable approaches are essential to building a better future. These ideas inform both my work and my worldview. I’m excited to meet founders, designers, and innovators who believe in pushing boundaries, nurturing community, and creating with intention.
