ABOUT ARINA KONDRATEVA
Hey, my name is Arina. I am a passionate generalist, who has dabbled in writing, content production, marketing, community building and engagement. These days I am studying UX Design and Graphic Design to compliment my existing skills and enter a new era of my career. I strive to create a positive impact and take initiative in every project I am involved in. I identify as an intersectional feminist and in my Worldmaking book club that connects Intersectionality and Design, I learned so much on how the combination of the two can help us co-create a more equitable, sustainable, and harmonious world. My professional experience features a two-year tenure at NeuralJam - a startup that puts community front and center in learning, for both individuals and companies. Even though I started as Content and Social Media Manager, the startup environment allowed me to collaborate closely on product development, marketing, growth strategy, content production, investor presentations, and more. I am looking forward to meeting new people - founders, designers, innovators, and taking part in innovative projects, and collaboratively nurturing positive change.
