Conduct supplier screening for General Procurement and Flying Parts using the CC2 compliance tool- Upload compliance reports and supplier data into SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness- Generate monthly reports identifying suppliers approaching expiry and proactively engage with them to obtain updated documentation- Retrieve expired certificates from the OASIS database and maintain up-to-date records- Update supplier classifications in SAP in alignment with internal standards- Integrate daily updates from OASIS into SAP to ensure real-time data accuracy- Coordinate with Project Managers (PMs) regarding vendors with upcoming expiry- Extend supplier approvals based on agreed timelines and update all relevant internal records in accordance with Satair’s standards- Block vendors that are no longer active or compliant- Perform data reconciliation between SAP and the general supplier database, identifying and resolving discrepancies- Monitor and resolve pending Know Your Supplier (KYS) blocking cases to maintain compliance- Collaborate with Satair China – Satair Chengdu to support supplier screening activities relevant to their operations.
