As Hillel\'s first full time staff member dedicated to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, I lead our organization\'s DEI strategy, implementation plans, and accountability measures. Through partnerships with Hillel International\'s C-suite, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, and Grants departments, as well as our Board of Directors, my role is to guide our organization\'s in its efforts relating to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, offering tangible action steps for integrating DEI into the way we work and find belonging at Hillel.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
