ABOUT ARIEL HILL-DAVIS

Across my career in DC in Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs, I have developed an understanding of dynamic messaging and relationship building including the mechanisms through which public policy is created, enacted, and implemented as well as the political considerations that influence the process. I continue to facilitate communication amongst different stakeholders and have acquired exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills through my work with the various organizations, agencies, and individuals in Washington.As the Director of Policy for Republican Women for Progress, a grassroots policy organization, I developed policy principals and established the vision for the GOP platform of the future. I’ve built strategic partnerships with similar interest organizations including NAACP, Women’s Campaign School at Yale, Vote Run Lead, She Should Run, Republicans for Rule of Law, Protect Democracy, Niskanen Center, and the Democracy Fund. I am regularly invited to speak at conferences, forums, and in front of college groups and leadership cohorts as a representative for RWFP with a focus on the importance of political engagement for women. I take great pride in coaching female campaign candidates and offering support for policy primers, debate prep, media prep, and initiating introductions to other organizations and individuals. I also serve as the Vice President of Industry & Regulatory Affairs for the Industrial Minerals Association where I develop and implement strategic plans in response to the federal regulatory agenda to safeguarding member interests.
