Embody the whole process. From client relations, to marketing strategies, to the creative side of promotional literature, advertising and artwork for TEG Europe -Develop and deliver venue marketing strategies for all TEG Europe, including all TEG Venues, TEG Live Europe & Ticketek UK- Effectively managing TEG Europe marketing budgets, reporting spend and campaign ROI - Working with the venue operations team to plan and deliver effective marketing for venue-led campaigns - Propel the venues image through consistent messaging and strategy online and offline - Oversee the development of brand collateral to developing internal and external communications and marketing strategies - Working with external promoters to support ongoing promotion of their events - Owning the websites and delivering increased traffic, effective engagement and sales, utilising Google Analytics - Owning the sold media channels and maximising awareness, engagement and sales - Owning the venue mailouts - increases open rates, engagement and sales - Cultivate and manage press, driving PR initiatives to support venues + crisis comms - Measuring performance of all data to power future marketing campaigns - Manage all key marketing campaign elements, including; collating assets for campaign implementation, creative copywriting, production and distribution of event print, managing digital campaigns and overseeing marketing assistant campaigns, overseeing direct marketing campaigns, managing media advertising in press, online, outdoor, broadcast, radio - Reporting on all aspects of the campaign delivery, including sales and audience figures, digital analytics - Creating corporate marketing blueprint to enhance enquiries at venues - Flexibility with travelling between sites - META / Google Ad Words / Google Analytics / Google 360 / Braze / Mailchimp / Audience Republic / TikTok - Managing a team of five people
