Manage end-to-end RFP and RFI responses: coordinating with SMEs, proposal managers, solution architects, IT security and legal teams to ensure accurate and compliant submissions. • Own proposal timelines: track deliverables, manage version control, and enforce deadlines to submit winning proposals under tight schedules. • Build and maintain a reusable content library and proposal templates, reducing turnaround time and improving proposal quality. • Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams on opportunity qualification, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis. • Support bid reviews, risk assessment, and executive summaries to improve bid success rates. • Tools used: Loopio, SharePoint, Google Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint and proposal automation platforms.
