Successfully transitioned and implemented the role in Fixed asset accounting, preparation of DTP\'s/SOP Prepare accounting journals to be uploaded in GL and perform all month end closing and Quarterly activities, Black-line Reconciliation, Asset Capitalization, Coordinate and control the day-to-day Fixed Asset operations Provide information and documents to external and internal auditors Reviews all transactions / reports to ensure compliance with guidelines (SOX, G/L (General Ledger) attestation, End User Computing (EUC) Deliver high quality service to partners, including adherence to agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) Maintain accurate accounting records, including journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, Monthly Bank Reconciliation, Preparation and analysis of financial statements Data Entry, Advance tax calculation, filing of ITR, Appointment and Engagement Letter. Filing of Revised Return U/s. 148, Rectification U/s. 154, Show Cause Notices, following up for Outstanding Demand, Refund. Basic knowledge of GSTR – 3B, GSTR -2A and GSTR-1. Assisted in routine audit of Private limited company (vouching of purchase, sales, petty cash and other expenses, Bank Reconciliation, etc. Filing of various ROC forms.
