Archana is a forward-thinker with deep curiosity, driven by a passion for transforming healthcare through scientific innovation and strategic thinking. Over the past decade, she has contributed to R&D across academic labs, biosimilar startups, and diagnostics industries, building deep expertise in biochemistry, cell biology, and biologics process development.Currently, as a Process Development Scientist at Abbott, Archana continues to innovate at the intersection of science and strategy—whether it’s independently developing an algorithm that cuts scale-up costs by 50% or piloting technologies that significantly streamline high-cost analytical workflows. She thrives on solving complex technical challenges, expanding design space, and driving operational efficiency to deliver high-quality biologics.To complement her scientific rigor with business acumen, Archana began her MBA journey at Kellogg School of Management in 2023. Her long-term goal is to shape the future of R&D through strategic roles in business development, product innovation, and marketing strategy—collaborating across technical and commercial teams to bring impactful healthcare solutions to market.She values hard work, continuous learning, and fostering an equitable workplace.
