Manage pension transfer-out requests for Vanguard clients (cash & in-specie), ensuring strict adherence to FCA regulations and delivering 100% breach-free performance.• Process complex in-specie transfers by conducting detailed data analysis, cleansing, and bulk uploads using SQL, Excel, and VLOOKUP, ensuring units reconcile accurately with counterparties.• Liaise directly with counterparties and fund managers to resolve discrepancies, streamline transactions, and maintain smooth settlement processes.• Investigate and resolve client complaints by tracing transaction flows, identifying root causes, and providing clear, transparent explanations to enhance client trust.• Provide on-the-job training to new hires, supporting knowledge transfer and maintaining operational standards.• Support senior-level tasks, contributing beyond role expectations to ensure business continuity.
