Since childhood, I have been deeply inspired by the field of education. Growing up in an environment rich with learning and teaching, I developed a passion for education and a deep belief in its transformative power. Throughout my 14 years in education, I’ve observed that learning is often treated as a one-way process. Learners are constantly told what to do and how to do things, with limited opportunities to take ownership of their learning, make mistakes, and grow through their experiences. I am dedicated to shifting this narrative by creating engaging, play-based learning environments that encourage exploration, creativity, and self-direction. My mission is to collaborate and prepare both teachers and students for the VUCA by equipping them with the skills, mindset, and resilience needed to thrive in the future.
