As a TPM my role was to deliver greenfield, pop projects, and life cycle replacement programs for IT infrastructure and AV, covering Amazon Corporate in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. • Working on programs with IT budgets from 100K to 3m delivering full IT and AV infrastructure • Managing various teams internal and external to ensure the best experience was provided to Amazon customers, as per Amazon principles. • After a brief period to understand the Amazon playbooks, I was ramped up and working continuously across 40 programs, delivering on multiple work streams. • Working side by side with the architects, facilities, security, Amazon colleagues, and external suppliers and installers to ensure each program was delivered successfully.
