ABOUT ARAFAT HUMAYUN MAHDI

As a Floor Supervisor at Shabuj Global Education in previous workplace, I gained valuable experience in team management and customer service while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Aldgate branch. Prior to that, I served as an Application Manager and Assistant Manager at the Sylhet branch in Bangladesh, where I honed my skills in requirements analysis at UK Education Industry. In addition to my professional experience, I am studying Global Business Management from Coventry University, as well as an Associate\'s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Changzhou Institute Mechateonic Technology. During my time at China University of Geosciences, I passed HSK levels 4 and 5, demonstrating my proficiency in the Chinese language. I am also proud to have earned certifications from Enroly as a CAS Shield Certified Agent User and the British Council for UK Agent and Counsellor Training. As a volunteer, I enjoy giving back to my community and using my skills to make a positive impact. My skills include team leadership, requirements management, data analysis, and computer networking, among others. I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
