With over 10 years of experience in fraud prevention, detection, and investigation, I am a Team Lead at Meridian Credit Union, one of Canada\'s largest credit unions. My mission is to protect the financial security and reputation of our organization and Members, while enhancing the customer experience and service.I oversee a team of fraud investigators and analysts who use data driven applications (SQL, SAS, Power BI among others) and secure payments skills to deliver data-driven insights and solutions. I also have a working knowledge of AML/ATF, FINTRAC, OSFI, and Payments Canada rules and regulations. My core competencies include process improvement, analytical skills, customer relationship management (CRM), and leadership. I leverage these skills to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our fraud operations, support the strategic goals and vision of our organization, and empower my team to grow and excel.
