Pattern recognition, creative problem-solving, and thinking outside the neurotypical box are not just strengths; they’re how I see the world.With 5+ years of experience in financial services, I specialize in transforming complex data into actionable insights that help credit union leaders make confident, strategic decisions. My work has spanned member services, lending, fraud mitigation, and digital banking, giving me a well-rounded understanding of both operational realities and emerging challenges in the industry.Being neurodivergent has shaped not only how I work, but why. I’m driven by a mission to make data more inclusive, ethical, and empowering, especially for those who’ve been overlooked or underestimated.
