AMAC is an accounting and management advisory firm that specializes in construction accounting and collaborates with privately-held/small business owners to set processes and build internal capabilities to allow them to grow and scale and ensure compliance with local laws and general accounting principles.AMAC\'s vision is to collaborate - connect - educate by partnering with owners who are experts in their trade, but lack the business administration knowledge to scale and sustain their business. We get specialty subcontractors organized, bonded, and making money without working so hard by taking complex information & breaking it down into easy bite size pieces with tools designed for your specific business to thrive. Bookkeeping is the foundation for all business because good data enables informed decision-making for not only the owners, but clean accounting records are imperative for acquiring investment and loans, bonding insurance, and compliance for workers comp and tax audits.AMAC is able to collaborate through the President\'s unique perspective of corporate structure & Executive Leadership experience combined and MBA education with 2 years of learning a new industry and tactical bookkeeping skills gaining first-hand insight into the unique challenges of small businesses and not just top-down but bottom-up management. We work to connect small business owners with local subject-matter experts in areas of other business needs that cannot be supported internally such as CPA\'s for tax planning and filing, surety companies for bonding, insurance agents for commercial and personal policies to protect their business, attorneys for legal advice, and so on.
