Oversee performance management while proactively identifying and addressing opportunities for employee learning and development, retention strategies, succession planning, and career growth to foster a skilled and engaged workforce.HR Policies & Compliance:Designing and implementing HR policies that align with company objectives while ensuring compliance with UK labour laws and legal requirements to maintain a balanced and legally compliant workplace.Employee Life Cycle Management:Managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding, ensuring that each new hire receives a smooth, engaging, and impactful experience from day one and are set up for success.Providing Generalist Support: Handling compensation and benefits administration, Payroll support, Vendor partnerships, employee relations & employee engagement.Talent Acquisition:Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning needs. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop job descriptions. Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.Continuous Improvement: Staying abreast of HR trends and best practices to optimize processes, embrace innovation, and align with evolving workforce needs.
