As Social Media Intern for University College (Castle), I work closely with the College Office to manage and enhance the College’s digital presence across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Threads.Key responsibilities:1. Create, design, and schedule engaging content that aligns with the College’s values and branding guidelines.2. Collaborate with staff and student societies to share stories, promote events, and highlight achievements within the Castle community.3. Maintain regular content output to ensure timely communication of opportunities, updates, and college initiatives.4. Analyse engagement metrics to improve reach, consistency, and audience interaction.5. Contribute to the strategic development of campaigns aimed at strengthening community engagement and showcasing University College’s heritage and achievements.

ABOUT ANYA GUPTA
As a Marketing and Management student at Durham University with a dynamic background in leadership, social impact, and strategic decision-making, I thrive on creating meaningful change. My experiences span founding and leading initiatives like Girl Up LVIS, where I raised over INR for underprivileged children, to mentoring students and driving impactful community service projects. In addition to my academic achievements, I’ve been honored with multiple “Best Delegate” awards at Model UN conferences, which allowed me to then go on to chair and organise such conferences, showcasing my commitment to communication, diplomacy, and collaboration. My internships and coursework, including the Oxford Summer Course in Business & Enterprise, have honed my skills in project management, strategic analysis, and social media engagement.Outside of academics, I\'m a passionate golfer with multiple tournament wins, a trained singer and pianist, and an advocate for sustainable practices.I’m driven by curiosity, a commitment to continuous learning, and a desire to make an impact across industries.
