Sage is a software company that provides cloud-based solutions for SMEs. It helps businesses to manage their money, accounting, payroll, people and payments. The main product I\'ve been working on is Sage Cloud Accounting which is a cloud-based SaaS for small businesses and accountants around the world. • My key responsibility is solving users\' problems through deep understanding, idea generation and prototyping solutions. • I\'ve designed and tested the user experience of connecting multi-currency bank accounts, and recording transactions in multiple currencies. This helps users to manage their business across multiple countries. • I\'ve designed the in-app notification service that allows users to be up-to-date with changes and updates happening across various products such as Sage Accounting, Client Management, Payroll and HR. • I\'ve designed the activity log service that helps users to track events made by others – whether that\'s updating documents, deleting data or accessing a folder.
