Tracking Subcontractors daily, weekly and monthly reports. Correspondence to Contractor/Subcontractor for all issues related to contract. Subcontractor evaluation, schedule for Kick Of Meeting (KOM), site handover schedule and procedure, Subcontractor’s Scope clarification, Subcontractors Manpower schedule and equipment mob and demob. Weekly Construction Progress meetings with Client (Saudi Aramco) and Subcontractors.
