Hi, I’m Anushka Mohanty. I work at the intersection of privacy, risk, and trust. My career has taken me from India to the U.S, giving me the chance to work with global teams on challenges that cross borders, industries, and fast-changing regulations.At Crawford & Company’s Global Privacy Office, I focus on making compliance practical. I help simplify systems, cut down on noise, and bring privacy by design into everyday business. What I enjoy most is turning complex laws like GDPR, CCPA, and the new AI Acts into solutions that leaders, engineers, and lawyers can actually use.What drives me is the human side of compliance: building trust with customers and creating space for women and underrepresented voices in tech and leadership.
