ABOUT ANUSHKA CHAWLA

Hi, I’m Anushka Chawla, founder and counseling psychologist at InnerBloom Counseling. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with self-compassion and strength. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs because no two healing journeys are the same.I integrate Trauma & Grief-Informed Care, CBT, DBT, REBT, and the Humanistic Approach to help individuals break unhelpful patterns, regulate emotions, and build self-awareness. My experience includes working as a crisis counselor with a mental health helpline, providing immediate support to individuals in distress, as well as offering pro-bono counseling under supervision, further strengthening my ability to create safe and supportive spaces for clients.Alongside therapy, I also bring expertise in administration, marketing, and social media support. I have contributed to streamlining admin processes, strengthening online visibility, and supporting digital engagement in various organisations. I enjoy applying my skills to help organisations grow and thrive, whether in mental health or other sectors.Beyond my professional roles, I am deeply invested in mental health awareness and psychoeducation.
