The Genetics Adviser platform is both a patient facing and provider enhancing digital platform born out of 10 years of trials and created intentionally for precision medicine. Groups who adopt Genetics Adviser to bridge pre- and post test counseling see 60% reduction in consult time, with patients feeling educated, empowered and ready to begin testing. As Head of Growth I am working with research and clinical groups, hospital systems and service providers to support patient journeys and provide a scalable solution. ABOUT ANUSHA GANDHI-GUY
Sales and business development throughout my careers as always had the common thread of patient access to care. Whether it be non invasive collection kits, an understanding of one’s genetics and microbiome or supporting physicians in building out broader tools to augment their complex patient care I’ve driven massive change in the outcomes of health and health standards. Understandably through my own health struggles I’ve largely gravitated towards women’s health, women’s mental health, and medical devices that can increase quality of life. Concurrently, I serve as a Patient Navigator at Femade Inc, where I apply a trauma-informed lens to enhance the patient experience in women\'s health. My commitment to healthcare innovation is further exemplified through my contributions as a member of the Ontario Health Technology Advisory, where I support decisions that shape the future of healthcare technology.
