Social Recommendations for Content on all Condé brands I lead the data science efforts responsible for doing social recommendations for all Conde Nast brands. The project gave me full stack exposure which involved data engineering work for the project, calculating the features for the model, training the model, and scheduling the solution at any required cron frequency for the brands to provide live content recommendations on social media for the brand websites. Most of the data engineering work involves PySpark and Hive, modeling in Python, and tools like Airflow for scheduling the runs and MLFlow for model tracking. Along with the complete life cycle of the project, also analyzed the solution after it went live on a brand and created automated scripts for extensive analysis of the implemented brands, A/B testing the multiple approaches that are online for a given brand and the solution has been able to increase(nearly double) the traffic. The solution is now being implemented on all Condé brands.
