I am an accomplished HR leader, currently serving as Director – People & Culture, overseeing People Operations, People Analytics, and Process Excellence at Annalect. Recently recognized among the Top 35 Young HR Leaders by The Economic Times & TAPMI (2024–2025), I bring over 16 years of cross-industry experience spanning Human Resources, Banking & Finance, Consulting, BPO, and Media. My approach to driving organizational transformation is grounded in both strategic insight and operational excellence. I am certified in PRINCE2® and KPMG’s Six Sigma Green Belt, and an alumnus of IIM Calcutta’s Executive General Management Program (EGMP).My expertise lies in driving excellence across HR Transformation, HR Analytics, Performance Management Systems (PMS), Talent Acquisition strategies, process metrics/KPIs and SLAs, stakeholder engagement, integration, and governance. I have a proven track record of delivering successful HR digitalization projects, HR Analytics, Helpdesk setup including implementing and optimizing HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox) and ATS tools (Avature, Taleo, SmartRecruiters, ICIMS, and others). I am deeply passionate about leveraging technology to transform HR processes, particularly in automating critical workflows through AI-driven solutions.
