ABOUT ANTONIO ALVES
I’m Antonio, born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil. Formerly an engineer however ended up working in the retail business forecasting sales, and stock levels and developing dashboards throughout great companies such as Grupo Boticário, C&A, and Carrefour. After eight years of working experience, I’m taking a long-wanted IT course at Fanshawe College, having the opportunity to learn new subjects and share good practices. The Computer Programming and Analysis co-op course (20••••26) will be the key needed to my new goals and career focus. Along with the Canadian experience and learning method which I do appreciate. I had my first international experience in Canada back in 2012 due to a scholarship for my engineering bachelor\'s degree. Recently, I had an MBA extension at U of La Verne (CA-US) about Advanced Topics in Business Strategy (2022). At the moment I’m working at Emco as a Bilingual Support Analyst (EN-FR)
