This program is an 18-month program with 3 month-long rotations in different departments and locations throughout Europe.Sep - Nov 2024: Operational Excellence (Augsburg, Germany)- Executed OpEx audits across 6 plants in Europe to analyze and improve operational excellence practices (e.g, Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, SMED, 5S, visual management, and performance monitoring)- Created a company-wide Value Stream Map to support improvement analysis, decision making and implementation of the European ERP system- Developed a platform for sharing and implementing best practices among 6 plants using SharePoint and coded through Power Automate. Dec - Feb 2025: Sustainability (Augsburg, Germany)- Researched and calculated the CO2e reduction affects of Bovaer, a feed additive, within the company\'s supply chain. Resulting a projected potential of tons of CO2e reduction in Austria and 20 times that continent-wide.March - May 2025: Acquisition Integration (Salzburg, Austria)- Integrated and digitalized a newly acquired factory, leading to improved operational standards and data systems, and increased product yields by 16%(€1.04M/year).
