Driving quality and efficiency through leadership in both manual testing and test automation, with a strategic focus on process optimisation, risk mitigation, and long-term scalability.Led the full automation lifecycle — from tool evaluation and selection to designing and implementing a scalable framework from scratch. Initially deployed in Cypress, I proactively identified critical limitations and championed the migration to a Playwright-BDD framework. This strategic shift introduced a Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) approach, enhancing stakeholder collaboration, improving communication, reducing manual testing effort, and significantly increasing test coverage. I have also taken a leadership role in promoting automation best practices across cross-functional teams, including UX, to strengthen visual QA and improve the UX review process.Spearheaded process improvements by refining the organisation’s test strategy, leveraging Xray Test Management to manage and maintain Manual testing but also Automation scripts Cucumber-based. My responsibilities extend to strategic process analysis, risk identification, and continuous efficiency gains. I actively mentor and coach junior team members in both manual and automation testing, fostering a culture of quality ownership and building the team’s technical and testing capabilities.
