I am open to new, increasingly challenging projects, where experience and competence become decisive with enthusiasm and passion.I tend to improve and optimise the company processes, when necessary, by trying to think and manage the work in a different way and by encouraging constant discussion with my colleagues.In my first years of work, I dealt with the hardware design of electronic boards, developing a strong technical background.
