We act on every step of the chain until the field in forests, farms, plantations: by changing the story of the products, we hopefully change the story of our planet.As a member manager, I support and advise companies in their reflexion to transform their supply chain towards more responsible sourcing. I work on a large range of commodities such as: palm oil, sea products, wood, soy or charcoal.PROJECT MANAGEMENT- Partnership negotiation- Finance and resources management- Partner relationship OPERATIONAL WORK - Traceability data collection: identification of raw materials origins and stakeholders involved in the supply chain- Risk analysis and prioritisation on supplier’s action plan and requirements- Strategic negotiation and discussion to set up actions and robust sustainable policy - Negotiation to go beyond certification for sourcing
