Workers Comp Simplified (formerly known as WCBConsulting.ca) was created in 2012 to help employers reduce the impact WCB claims have on their company. The thought process was to give the worker what they are entitled to in the most cost effective way for the employer. Thus decreasing overall claims costs. This strategy has worked for the last decade that I have represented companies saving over $12 million in that time in actual premiums and rebates. Due to the current climate of WCB in many provinces, my focus is on educating the employer to manage claims effectively without relying solely on appeals and claims costs. Which is why in 2022 I changed the name to Worker Comp Simplified. There are many things that WCB does not inform employers and in turn it ends up costing them thousands. The services from the respective WCB\'s are inadequate and it leaves business owners and workers ill informed and anxious. There is a place and a system that allows workers and employers to effectively and efficiently move through the life of a claim while minimizing the impact on stake holders.
