A few of my career highlights include: • Recognized for growing teams\' potential and skills by enabling them to serve competently in fast-paced environments, which resulted in several promotions and rewards for members of my team. • Provided direction to the team in carrying out both complete verification and validation of Engine Avionics Displays and launching Operation Software adequately, which improved this process for the other groups. • Acted as SLS Engine Avionics Lead and guided and mentored team and contractors to prepare for the launching of SLS, resulting in acquiring professional skills in pinpointing issues during launch countdown. • Served as NASA Ground Chief Engineer and led a team to execute and accomplish the Boeing OFT-2 Mission while adhering to budget and deadlines, ensuring upper management satisfaction. • Built tools to enable the CCP engineering team to raise efficiency and traceability of reporting process of technical issues, resulting in streamlining the procedure and rectifying ambiguous and problematic areas.
