Every company with global ambitions faces one key challenge: how to scale across languages and markets. That’s where I come in.Over the past decade, I’ve worked across both professional services and localization technology — leading business development at localization service providers, and holding commercial roles at SaaS platforms like Phrase and Crowdin. I’ve supported expansion efforts for brands like Vinted, Braze, and Payhawk into 50+ languages across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.I began my career in the UK as a linguist and interpreter before earning an MA in Language and Linguistics in Poland — an experience that deepened my global perspective. Since then, I’ve lived and worked in five countries, and that foundation continues to shape my approach to international business: language-first, culturally aware, and focused on scalable solutions.Currently, I lead the Business Development function at Language Inspired and am completing a year-long executive course in leadership, management, and impact in business at Harvard Business School.
