Hands on experience of EBM ( extrusion blow moulding ) technology and its utility in Production & maintenance, along with also have experience in Stretch blow moulding, injection stretch blow moulding, injection moulding ( caps ) manufacturing and machine and utility maintenance. also have experience of new projects and it\'s utility development. Daily Production & Dispatch scheduling of manufacturing on daily basis & communicate with the respective teams. Raw material selection. Subordinates & Man-power handling. Maintain practices like 5 s etc. for best housekeeping & hygiene in shop floor. Inventory & Stock control. & check BOM and ensure parts availability for each system. Check inward & outward material in the plant. Preparation of Daily Production & Dispatch, Daily material consumption, Downtime, Electric consumption & other Reports. Machine Monitoring for best Production utilization. Maintenance work of blow moulding machines & the utilities like Cooling Towers, Compressor, Chillers, Grinders. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure Maximum production. Provides Training and guidance to team subordinates to accomplish production goals. Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability. Investigate problems, analyse root causes and derive resolutions. New moulding machine & its utility installation. Studying & implementing Cost Optimization Techniques. Prepare & maintain all related SOP & WI. Maintaining all the in-house records. Work on customer complaint & take necessary action to minimize the complaints. All the entries data feeding in Software’s like Tally, SAP, ERP
