Reward Manager - Benefits @Wolseley Group

The Reward team is responsible for all aspects of compensation, benefits and recognition across the Wolseley UK business. My role is a leadership role focused on employee benefits, pensions, recognition and company cars. I am responsible for competitive, value-adding reward and benefit provision and high quality end-to-end delivery, including new initiatives and projects and all aspects of vendor management. I am also a Trustee Director of our £190m DC pension plan, and I am currently leading the transition to a pension master trust.
