ABOUT ANSHUL PANDE

An executive leader with nearly two decades of expertise across the healthcare and technology industries, I have developed a unique portfolio that has prepared me to lead digital transformation, create scalable strategies primed to support high-growth companies, and build expert teams skilled in driving tactical execution. I have the keen ability to scale solutions and teams which has allowed me to lead companies to achieve uncharted levels of growth and success. For the last five years, I have served as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President for Stanford Children’s Health where I have driven transformation and innovation while transitioning legacy systems, creating a new video visit program, and implementing advanced technology solution during a $1.4B hospital expansion.Prior to Stanford Children’s Health, I served as CTO and VP for ProMedica, skillfully leading change and digital transformation across three M & As and one divestiture. This experience provided me expertise in optimizing processes and facilitating operational excellence as I guided implementation of an enterprise-wide EHR platform which replaced 40 EHRs.At the start of my career, I spent 10 years in a software company which experienced rapid growth throughout my tenure. Ultimately serving as the Director, Systems for Epic, I defined and set direction for 1600+ technical staff, overseeing the company’s rapid growth at 30% a year. As a team leader, I focus on building consensus and innovative team cultures. I am a people-centered, agile team leader who provides my team the resources and tools they need to be successful, creates a positive environment, and inspires a growth-mindset throughout the organization.
