ABOUT ANOUSHKA AGARWAL

I am a strategy and operations professional driven by the goal of creating lasting, positive change across sectors like educations, poverty, social entrepreneurship etc. I’ve led initiatives that promote sustainability, inclusion, and impactful leadership throughout my career.Currently, I serve as Program Officer – Operations and Finance at BRAC International, supporting the India Country Lead in advancing BRAC’s strategy through strong financial management, operational excellence, and compliance. My work ensures that programs are well-resourced, partnerships are effectively managed, and systems are built for scale and sustainability.At O2 Power, I worked to understand in depth what sustainability and ESG mean in the evolving renewable energy landscape, gaining insights into ESG reporting, life cycle assessments, and emissions calculations. At Ashoka University, I took a deeply collaborative approach to foster inclusion and community, learning how strategy can drive social change when centered on people. As an entrepreneur, I built a venture from the ground up, leading with purpose and a commitment to positive culture and impact beyond financial performance.A graduate of Esade Business School’s full-time MBA, I’m passionate about connecting with likeminded individuals and organizations committed to building a more equitable and sustainable world.
