In my role at THL, I\'m proud to help one of the world’s leading farm animal protection organizations secure the philanthropic resources needed to end factory farming worldwide. As a Philanthropy Officer, I thoughtfully manage a portfolio of 75 major donors, cultivating authentic relationships and crafting tailored engagement plans that align each donor’s values and philanthropic goals with THL’s mission. I enjoy working closely with executive leadership, program staff, and my development colleagues to thoughtfully steward supporters through 1:1 meetings, impact reports, funding proposals, and cultivation events. As a result, I secure five- to seven-figure gifts totaling $2M+ annually, and help fuel our $20M+ organizational budget. In addition to my rewarding role as a frontline fundraiser, I find joy in contributing to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture by organizing connection opportunities for our remote team.
