Building STEPS is a 501 (c)(3) built on one simple principle: a college education changes a person\'s life. We propel Baltimore\'s bright city students to college and career success by providing them with the tools necessary to succeed. We give underserved Baltimore City High School students the support needed to gain access to and graduate from college and beyond. my role with Building STEPS, I handle all public relations-related activities including internal and external communications. Communication with stakeholders, partners and supporters, social media, and all media relations.
