Set direction and lead the development and delivery of corporate communications to internal and external stakeholders- Lead the development of SaskEnergy\'s annual Sustainability Report; gather content from SMEs; develop narrative; work with agency on design and layout; manage timelines and prepare website content for launch- Oversee the development of the Annual Report; work with Executive, Senior Leaders, and Finance to create theme and content; manage relationship with agency for layout and printing; responsible for budget- Administer and maintain the corporate intranet, including article creation, content development and content management that aligns with strategic priorities while creating opportunities for employee engagement- Oversee the creation of stories to be shared on saskenergy.com- Work with the Executive team to develop messaging to all staff regarding strategy and direction of company- Collaborate with Human Resources to develop communications plans related to employee experience initiatives- Oversee communications support to departments throughout the organization with respect to the development, design, implementation, maintenance and assessment of communications plans- Support TransGas Customer Services through the administration of transgas.com, including content creation, usability considerations and analytics; assist with customer communications messages as required - Oversee the internal development of corporate videos that support stakeholder engagement, employee engagement and training, and strategic initiatives that align with the Corporate Plan- Manage the corporate photo library and arrange for photos to be taken as required to align with corporate messaging- Support corporate efforts around safety culture and customer experience
