Home of America’s Favorite Fragrances®, Bath & Body Works is a global leader in personal care and home fragrance, including the top-selling collections for fine fragrance mist, body lotion and body cream, 3-wick candles, home fragrance diffusers and liquid hand soap.Job responsibilities include- Developing engaging and interactive eLearning training modules in a variety of modalities, including Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline 360 (with experience in Adobe Captivate)- Creating time efficient and streamlined project plans to ensure training modules met deadlines, from owning kickoff calls with SMEs to writing and developing content, and maintaining feedback from SMEs and end-users- Strategically utilizing technology to create immersive experiences for users, including AR experiences, interactive 3D models and 360 virtual experiences, animated characters, motion graphic videos, and much more- Leading and producing high quality motion graphics videos, from writing scripts to video/audio recording, working with actors/teleprompters/equipment, editing and adding motion graphics and accessibility features in multiple languages- Owning and co-facilitating partnership and communication with 3rd party vendors to maintain taking modules from Captivate to Rise/Storyline, as well as our LMS vendor partnership- Uploading, Testing, and Troubleshooting our stores LMS and SCORM module issues- Owning compliance reporting and troubleshooting tickets within the LMS for all of our stores in the US and Canada- Testing our modules by visiting stores and ensuring the highest level of quality is met for our training modules from an output perspective- Supporting our 3 annual conferences by supporting and co-facilitation during workshops and arrival experiences, technology support, creating QR codes for interactive experiences, creating gamification and technology related trainings to support attendees, and much more!
